Continuo agradeciendo a la vida #graciasalavida a este ser inmenso, profundo y cálido que llamo mi hija amada. Esta fuerza se expresa en su vida de muchas maneras pero especialmente en cada pincelada, en cada color y más allá de lo visible, en la intensidad contenida en su alma. Su obra me inspira ya que me habla sin palabras de lo inefable, de lo eterno y tiene la fiereza del diamante 💎 y a la vez, la dulzura y ternura de lo más vulnerable. Hoy continuó con mi lista de gratitud y esta va para mi hermoso hijo Gael. En esta foto las maestras del kínder pidieron vestirse de lo que querían ser cuando fueran grandes: y Gael se vistió de yogi. Nació en una casa con un Shala en el segundo piso, lleno de hermosos estudiantes de todo el mundo, donde escuchaba el Ommmm cada mañana temprano. Recuerdo una vez que su maestra me llamo preocupada porque Gael les enseñaba yoga a los niños en el recreo y les había dicho que el yoga era una preparación para la muerte...tenia sólo 4 años. Hoy doy #graciasalavida por hacerme canal de aquellas almas que me escogieron como madre porque ya sabían de mi deseo ardiente por la verdad. Gael me dijo la última vez que nos vimos en noviembre pasado en Costa Rica 🇨🇷 que ya estaba listo para venir a India 🇮🇳. Creativity means becoming an open channel so the prana can move us with no resistance from our part. Sometimes prana tries to move us and we refuse to change and then regret the opportunity to grow. Creativity is understanding we can always renew ourselves and we don’t need to be in a box. We can be born new everyday and that is why practice is monumental for our transformation. Creating and recreating need a stable ground and that is our Yoga Sadhana and the connection to our Guru.
