Ruined shelter

An icy cat-wildclaw climbed upon a rock, and stared up at the sky. It was unusually dark.. Of course it was dark in Wispwillow Grove, but never like this. The mushrooms emits no light. How? He tilted his head in concern. Something’s up... Why can he hear distant footsteps? Distant footsteps.. It sounded like it’s coming from a gigantic beast. It’s heading right this way. Without even trying to take a look, he jumped down and let out a yell, trying to alert everybody as the footsteps gets closer and closer-

Crash!

Something broke the vines that blocked their camp.. And began the horrified screamings from the helpless dragons below. His cousin climbed out from the dens, staring up at the beast with wide eyes. Who? What?The others panicked, while two last dragons emerged from the den. A pearlcatcher and a young tundra.They stared up at the beast in awe, until it snatched one of their clanmates-“Oh, Shadowbinder. We need to run, now!” Ashuta let out a scream, and began running, with his family following. They wanted an explanation, but there’s no time to explain. They have to run. They kept on running.Behind them, chaos ensured as the singular emperor began to destroy the helpless, unsuspecting clan.
