Another frame from the ASI224. Only about an hour again. Using the same settings as Carina, 20 sec subs and 120 gain. If I was just starting out and had limited funds I wouldn't be mad at this camera and these results.. I am really really loving the fov. I definitely want to go deeper!! I can safely use my ASI533 and the 224 with a 2xBarlow and occasionally binning, depending on the set up, to about 2000mm. But I think I'll look for a little Skywatcher Newtonian that's around 1500mm because they are faster. But I might also go for a Celestron Schmiddy.
