A love letter to boba:
Dear boba,
Thank you for existing. I mean it from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea how happy you make me feel (sana all). No exaggeration. I sound like a boba addict--well maybe I am, but hear me out. It’s been a crazy two years... I feel like I have failed in every aspect of my life. It’s the first time I experienced consecutive failures and rejections like these. My plans did not work out the way I have envisioned. I guess the quarter life crisis thing is real for some of us. I couldn’t really vent to anyone because I know everyone is going through something during this pandemic, probably most people have it worse than me, actually. It’s ok to be sad but keep ya head up high.This too shall pass. I am grateful for everything regardless, and grateful for boba, of course. LOL. Buying and drinking boba make me really happy especially during these shitty times. I took this picture May 20, 2020. I remember I did my makeup here just to pick up boba from It’s Boba Time. (I got the Blue Sky Milk Tea and it was aight.) I was super hyped I even had a mini photoshoot. In that short amount of time, probably like 30 minutes lol, I forgot about all of my problems. I am sure my fellow boba lovers and foodies can relate to this feeling. I think I am too old for Tumblr (Am I?), but oh well, I want to be able to keep track of my boba adventures and other random adventures. I don’t really like writing about my thoughts or even posting on social media in general but I know one day I will be grateful I made this page. I am going to cringe (already cringing) so hard but it will be all worth it. Anyway, bye for now. :) Boba is love; boba is life.
