We had to take a break from all the Italian food and make some yummy Asian salmon rice bowls. We even tried out a new teriyaki sauce and got some greens in there. Mostly healthy. So yummy. #asiansalmon #asiansalmonricebowl #mapleteriyaki #crispykaleandspinach #lotsofgarlic #katsuomirinfurikake
To the Colombian anon: it can be pretty difficult to find information or resources. As a Chinese Mexican I know I've struggled to find one central resource or place to educate myself about anything to do with the Chinese side of my family. I recommend you start by asking your dads side of the family and try to locate a Chinatown or any place with a large Chinese community nearby to start off

one time I was in chicago for an interfaith conference and one time we had a whole day to do whatever and see whatever in the city and everyone decided they wanted to go to a generic boardwalk to watch a firework show... like everyone I know acts like fireworks are super awesome and every year I have to pretend to be impressed like everyone else
