His name is Panda, he’s always trying to out preform someone and is willing to do so any way possible. He does not care who is in his way just that they are there. His main goal is to crush his rival, Rythian, his second goal to destroy the mob. He will not rest until every last one of his “problems" is taken care of permanently and painfully. Anyone can do his job… Only not as good as him.
