Since you mentioned Softie + Baddie dynamic, it would be interesting to see a Leo and Rumi interaction in your perspective.
Perhaps, Rumi could convince them to be a baddie with her and they could be twinsies temporarily.
Not sure if Leo could handle someone as chaotic as Rumi, but hey would be funny to be possible besties.

My immediate first thought was : Leo would think Rumi is so cool, and they'd try so, so, so hard to impress her I could entirely see a world where Rumi convinces them to go through "baddie training" so they can stop being so much of a goody-two-shoes, and that's how I think it would go :

For context : Fuyu is eternoush's OC, the cutest absol on the planet, and he created her in tomodachi, and she keeps saying "howdy do!" with the cheeky little wave quirk he gave her and it's SO. ADORABLE.
