23: a song you think everybody should listen to - The Band Played Waltzing Matilda but specifically the Pogues version. I think more people should listen to the Pogues in general tbh

26: a song that makes you fall in love - I don't really have a song that makes me fall in love as a general thing; anyone I fall for ends up being linked to their own song. For my current partners, that's been Such Great Heights by The Postal Service back when and Amy aka Spent Gladiator 1 by The Mountain Goats more recently. Songs shared with me that speak to the person who gave them.

what's ur favourite trinket and/or treasure?

This agate egg from the Smithsonian! My wife and I got it like 9 years ago on our first trip together. It fits the palm of your hand perfectly, it's the perfect weight, and it's so calming to hold. But it also represents my early relationship with them, and so it's incredibly sentimental to me.

The rest of that little trinket space is cool too but the egg is the most meaningful

18: A quote I live by - an old friend of mine used to always tell me that "sometimes the best gift you can give is to accept someone else's gift." He mainly used it to stop me from trying to reject offers to buy me lunch (I've always had a lot of trouble accepting stuff like that) but I think about that a lot, and now I try to be more comfortable accepting gifts, favors, help, love. After all, I express love partially through gifts and assistance, so why would I want to prevent others from loving in kind?

24: An unusual talent I have - I can unwrap Starbursts with my mouth/tongue. I figured it out as a kid so I could fish and eat starbursts without having to wash my hands after every worm

43: My favorite piece of clothing - it's really simple and basic but honestly this black ribbed tank top. It's like an 8-dollar top from Target but it fits really well and looks cute and makes my boobs look good and it's just like really validating, honestly. It's one of the first tops I put on that made me really feel like the kind of woman I want to be.
