It could be that. It could also be somewhat a special interest thing, I’ve heard of people’s special interests being people.

ITAAT that my wrists have always been EXTREMELY sensitive, and i can't have ANYBODY or ANYTHING touch me there bc it makes me immensely uncomfortable?

Yes! I have the same thing about my wrists and my neck. I think it has something to do with sensory processing.

itaat - to get into a pattern where I have to spell every non-preposition word in a conversation I am having? Its like I repeat every sentence said by me or anybody else and spell the big words, and I have to really concentrate in order to snap myself out of it. It usually happens when I have had a stressful time and it kind of pulls my brain away from the conversation a bit.

It sounds like it could be a form of echolalia, which is when you repeat things that are pleasing to hear or say.

itaat to feel every movement in the room through your body? Like not just music but someone can tap a pencil and I'll feel it through the table and stuff? I can't handle music with a loud bass not because the volume is high but because I can feel the vibrations and it's just a bad time. Is there even a word for this? idk what to call this at all.

I subconsciously do things like grinding my teeth, clenching my fists and then moving my fingers on my palm, and swinging/bouncing my legs, and rocking back and forth when I stand. most of the time I don't even realize I'm doing it and it's really difficult to make myself stop once I start doing it. this happens many times everyday.

Definitely! This is known as stimming, which is your body creating sensory stimulation for itself.
