Jaskier is the comic relief though - that's all he's ever been in all other witcher media (books and games). One of Geralt's friends and comic relief. I'm a fan of Jaskier too but I honestly think the fandom is just disappointing themselves at this point by expecting him to be a main character

You can be more than just the comic relief tho? No one expects him to be the main character. I recognize the wasted potential and from my understanding (I’ve only seen the Netflix version), book Geralt wouldn’t just ignore his friend when he wasn’t of use?

Every time Patton makes Virgil laugh = perfection!

When Patton returns after being impersonated by Janus. Thomas’s excitement seeing him, Virgil’s smile, Patton’s “hmm you’re in my spot” and lil “byeee” !! All of that is just *chef’s kiss*

Virgil giving Patton the secret Santa gift. Just the whole interaction between them makes me smile a lot :DDD
