thank you angel !! by no means am i an expert or a super dedicated health monster. i do what feels right for me to have full function of my body and continue to enjoy living in it. meaning i run about five days a week for 45 mins to an hour and do a little ab workout after. i eat a lot of veggies but i also eat a lot of chocolate. the main beauty tip is that beauty is a construct that changes with time. it is designed to be impossible because it is designed to sell things. beauty is what you see when in your loved ones’ smiles. that is mostly all. body neutrality ftw

no it’s weird at all. I actually started teaching myself over quarantine!! it’s not very hard to start learning, thought I suggest you do your first piece on a piece of farbric that isn’t important to you rather than clothing you care about. I learned from tik toks if we’re being honest- there’s a lot of really impressive artists on there. Good luck!!! I’m sure you’re going to make beautiful things
