I'd love to hear how out of shape you are now and some everyday struggles you run into hehe. Like do you get out of breath easier now. Stairs and long distances have you huffing and puffing needing to catch your breath?

I started a new job and didn’t realize how outbid shape I really was until every shift I have to climb 4 (short) flights of stairs. Low key embarrassed when my coworkers pass me in them 😅
