What are your favourite Nie Huaisang or Nie brothers headcanons
Nie HuaiSang is secretly a shapeshifter, in the genderfluid way. This gift is used specifically for espionage and if anyone asks, the woman who looks remarkably like Nie HuaiSang is the secret third Nie child that they don't talk about. Nie MingJue is in on it in the sense he knows to make it seem like the reason they don't talk about 'her' is either due to health reasons (specifically vague in terms of whose health), political reasons (in which the Wen are blamed with increasing anger each time the accusation is repeated, insinuating that Wen RuoHan specifically is at fault for the kept silence), or scandalous reasons (insinuating that 'she' is fathered by either the Lan sect leader or a Jiang sect member). Lan XiChen and Lan WangJi are aware that it's Nie HuaiSang, but only to avoid them thinking their father cheated on their mother.
Nie MingJue is a brat and a bottom.
Both Nie brothers are suspiciously good at impersonating each other with how different they are in terms of... well, everything. It scares the disciples when they do it, which Nie MingJue finds a bit more hilarious than Nie HuaiSang. This is also the reason they don't seem that similar at first glance.
Nie HuaiSang actually eats more than Nie MingJue but no one knows where the food goes with how small he is for a Nie. Everyone is afraid to ask, including Nie MingJue.
Nie HuaiSang's sleeves are infinite. He could hide a whole mountain in them if he wanted to. He won't, but he could.
