Ellis and Kiara’s friendship started over something completely ridiculous—and somehow became unshakable because of it.
Back in elementary school, some clueless boy proudly claimed that both of them were his girlfriends. None of the three really understood what that even meant, but Ellis and Kiara didn’t hesitate. Without missing a beat, they teamed up and shut it down immediately—no confusion, no hesitation, just two girls united in mutual annoyance.
That moment should’ve been nothing. Instead, it became everything.
From that day on, they stuck together. What started as a shared “absolutely not” turned into years of friendship built on sharp wit, quick comebacks, and a near-zero tolerance for idiotic boys—except, of course, the very select few they actually care about.
Ellis, without even realizing it at the time, ended up bridging another connection too—introducing Kiara to Kyle, her childhood best friend. What could’ve just been overlap turned into its own friendship, something Ellis now finds quietly amusing.
