Bored Gin-chan.
"Anybody have questions for me? You Anon-sans have been pretty quiet for a while now..."
"Gin-chan!!" *hugs tightly* "How are you?" *smiles at him widely*
"I'm just fine, follwer-san!" Ginji spoke brightly, his cheerful disposition hiding any uncertainty or worry he was feeling about his missing partner. "Did you have a question for me? Or... or were you the Anon-san who wanted to hug me?" He hardly seemed to mind the embrace, an action that would probably earn scolding from Ban, should he have been present.
Can I hug you forever?! You're just so adorable! As long as Ban doesn't want to kill me for it...
"Of course you can hug me! I love hugs!" Ginji beamed happily at the offer. He had a feeling that if Ban were around, he'd probably end up slapped upside the head for carelessly trusting a complete stranger. However, that was simply the kind of person Ginji was. He liked seeing the good in people.
"Have you seen Banchan?" The nickname he had for Ban tended to come out as just one word nowadays.
When did you first discover you could turn Tare?
"I think it had to be after I left the Infinity Fortress." Ginji confessed, wiggling his tiny little arms. "I was so happy to be working with Banchan, that I jumped at him, and turned really small!" The blonde was all too happy to explain this, as in his eyes, Ban was the one who had saved him.
Think of all the things Akabane has done for you, Ginji. How many times has he does something just because you asked? This is a man who drops jobs and returns payment, just because he had enough fun on it (or if there wasn't enough fun, he'll add to the body count to make up for it). Would he simply give up some of his amusement for you if he didn't care?
The tare would gingerly poke his head out of the blankets he found himself in. The thought of Akabane genuinely caring for him was... extremely peculiar. He himself had pretty conflicting feelings about the taller male. Akabane was a friend, and a very powerful ally, but he was also decidedly unpredictable, and a bit perplexing in nature.
"I... I don't know, Anon-san." He managed, cuddling the blanket close to his small form.
What is your favorite memory of the Limitless Fortress?
"It was a pretty long time ago, but one year we managed to celebrate Christmas. Everyone in Lower Town exchanged gifts, and we helped to rebuild the homes that had been destroyed in the gang fights." Ginji let a reminiscent smile cross his features. "I don't have a lot of terribly happy memories from my time there, but that has to be one of them."
You can lie to yourself all you like, Ginji. But you know that Akabane hides all his feelings under a smiling mask. He isn't the type to just come out and say things like he actually cares for you.
"I-I don't want to think about it..." The male whimpered, wiggling under his protective bedsheet. His tiny form shivered a bit, not really wanting to dwell on the idea, nor his androgynous feelings for the killer-for-hire. Granted, Akabane had stopped taking lives so carelessly because he asked... he was a lot more restrained now too...
Was it really all for him?
You're adorable. Can I snuggle you or is that right reserved for only Ban and Maria? Because I really want to!
"You can totally snuggle me, Anon-san!" Ginji happily bounded into the arms of the gray face, cuddling close in all his tare goodness. Hopefully this Anon-san was a nice one, and not Akabane in disguise. That would certainly be nightmarish.
