I’ve been asked:
1. How long have you been in a fandom (including years before tumblr)?
uh...which fandom? Hmmm...myearliest fandom was probably YYH but my longest running ones were FFVII and YST/RW...which lasted for about 5 or 6 years...to today of course.
2. What is your favorite place to be (even if it doesn’t exists anymore/you can’t get to it)?
Home in bed with my cat and my laptop...
3. Would you be friends with every one that follows you, if you new them off of tumblr?
probably....
4. What kind of music do you listen to?
lots of kinds...a bit of everything i guess...(well I don't really like country or rap music but even those genres I have the rare song I like)...but mostly rock...classic, punk, etc.
5. If you could change one law in the place you live what would it be/how would you change it?
That pork (because pigs, like dog, are extremely intelligent, affectionate, and emotional)...and all kinds of 'young' meat...veal, lamb, etc. were illegal and that animal cruelty (even in the meat industry) were severely punished....because honestly factory farming is just an abomination. So many cruel things get overlooked because people prefer not to know or care about it...so that they can enjoy the convenience of cheap and abundant meat. But the amount of meat consumed and/or wasted and the way it is 'manufactured' is completely ridiculous...because factory farming in itself if unnatural. If the animals were treated better and not wasted or consumed in such massive quantities then maybe I'd be more tolerant of these things.
6. If you could be the best friend of any character in any TV show, who would it be?
I'd be Ginji's best friend....well his other best friend....but Ban is his best frined AND soul mate so...yeah...
7. If you could have any job (and money was not a problem), what would it be?
Beating up poachers and rescuing animals...raising orphaned baby animals....that sort of thing.
8. You get to think up a new episode for you favorite show, what would happen in this new episode (also you could have any actor and budget is not a problem)?
my favorite show???? I can't pick a favorite show...I'll just go with One pIece I guess....and I want an episode where we get lots of cooperation between Zoro and Sanji in battle and have them have to work together and rely on each other....and maybe learn something about Sanji's past because it's driving me nuts no knowing about how he came to be on that ship....and to be poerfect the episode would need a Law cameo...or a KidLaw cameo...
9. If you could get rid of one problem in this world of ours what would it be?
Animal Cruelty.

"Of course you can hug me! I love hugs!" Ginji beamed happily at the offer. He had a feeling that if Ban were around, he'd probably end up slapped upside the head for carelessly trusting a complete stranger. However, that was simply the kind of person Ginji was. He liked seeing the good in people.
"Have you seen Banchan?" The nickname he had for Ban tended to come out as just one word nowadays.

I can try to post pics but it may take awhile because I don't really have anything to take pictures with. My laptop is still dead...my brother pawned my ipod, I don't own a camera or anything and my phone is an old piece of shit...so maybe if I can borrow my mom's ipod I can do it sooner...heh...I'll try for you!!! <3

I'm glad you're not the kind of person that yells at me for being a dubbie. I'm actually a lot like you in the fact the Japanese language is gorgeous to me, and I greatly enjoy a lot of subbed shows. :) However, I will almost always watch the dub more frequently IF it's a REALLY good one, otherwise I'll switch between on the same show, depending on my mood. xD It's fun that way, and you can compare the voices side by side if you have bilingual disc. THAT'S one of my favorite things to do. xD
Yes. I loved those bilingual discs. My first copy of Ronin Warriors/YST was one of those so I'd watch it one way and flip it.
Liking dubs is fine. I like a lot of dubs too and there's nothing wrong with enjoying an anime no matter how you watch it. Be proud that you can be so versatile and openminded and don't let people say anything bad to you about that. :)
I personally prefer subs MOST of the time...but there are some dubs that are superior or at least on par with the subs so there's no shame in experimenting, listening to many different versions, and liking all of them even if you like one more than others.
That being said...there are some dubs that I gave a chance to and ended up despising...Slayers being one of them mainly because of Xellos' voice...
...and I don't really like the sub of sCRYed just because some of the voices bother me and I thought the dub was well done and epic.
...oh and YES to Japanese being a beautiful language. It's so pretty that I love to just spend time listening to it without subtitles and enjoying the sounds for what they are without any meaning behind them...
