Hello Korbyn! What's your favourite recipe lately? :D
Korbyn: "I'm so happy to talk about food! This is easily the recipe I have used most often and trying to wean myself off sugar and junkfood and all my favorite pastries was nerve wracking! At the time i started using this recipe, i was using only stevia/monk fruit granule packets. And it turned out delicious!
I've only ever used the microwave for this, and I also have not tested other flours but I know that coconut flour is far more absorbant and thus a substitute is not on a 1:1 ratio, or so i've read.
Sometimes I use mixed nuts but I have yet to find gluten free chocolate chips but my boyfriend says it's delicious with regular ones.
Heavy toppings may sink if you want to mix it in the dough. I would recommend very gently setting it on top and pressing it in half way. Somehow this seem to do well enough.
Please let me know how yours turned out and what toppings you chose if you try this. 🌸"

Update: "A friend has suggest testing a light dusting of gf flour or maybe coconut flour to see if it helps hold toppings from sinking in. :D I will certainly be happy to test this out!"
