"I do!" And what an idiot she felt like for forgetting it when her whole job was about keeping people pleased. Following the rushed patter of her heels against the gallery floor, she quickly returned with Chloe's requests.

"Brown and white sugar. I have sweetener too. Sorry, the police showing up so early was a bit of..." Ella took a deep breath and forced a smile. "Well! It isn't the usual fair for here- Is that alright to say? I suppose a lot of people must say that to you..."

Ella often enjoyed walks, though she certainly enjoyed riding more until the stablehands had informed her father of how often she disappeared for the day and those privileges had been revoked. It wasn't as though the beasts of the forest were any threat to her, so she saw no reason for the fuss being made of her time amongst the trees.

At Kiara's suggestion, she smiled in return. "Why, yes. I do so believe that it would be a perfect trip." The agreement came easily as she started walking towards the path she would usually tackle on horseback. "Do you oft go to the lake? I have not seen though, though usually I only use it as a resting point for my mare."

Elliot laughed quietly. "You can come if you like, it's just better to walk around at night, cooler." He paused. "As in less warm, not as in I think I'm cool cos I'm walking around- You know what I mean." He waved a hand dismissively. "It ain't gonna be all that interesting. There's just a pond I want to go look at, it has a kind of water lily that glows at night. Not like I'm going to raid the kitchens or owt."

Elliot usually didn't mind people looking - not if he was being loud in a bar or at an event - but this was the middle of the street, and it felt different. "I doubt it, mate." His hands slid into his pockets as he rolled his shoulders as though to make his rucksack a little more comfortable. "Though I do that one of those pretty faces." He added with a wink, hoping it would make her roll her eyes and walk away.
