Optimus blinks as a server mech appears by his elbow during the meeting break. A time to allow the various representatives to refresh, put together notes, and prepare for their own presentations.

The crystalline contained with its energon jellies is welcome enough. He takes two then waves them off with a kind smile. They happily scuttle away. Optinus drops the jellies into his intake. Returning to take his own notes and clip meeting minutes videos on his podium desk.

" You work hard now. Cybertron believes in you." Smiling as he strides calmly away into the council chamber. There are now 8 guards trying to wrangle their slippery burden. Optimus doesn't even flick a finial.

Optimus delicately takes the tail fin between two claws. Politely holding it to one side as a guard fumbles to take it. Yelping as he juggles the wet floppy organic.

The Magnate demures," Thank you for the...gift. I will ensure the sacrifice goes towards my fuel."

Blatantly ignoring the 5 guards playing hot ingot behind him. Ah the things he deals with.

A single long-stemmed crystal rose has been set on the Magnus' desk, a dark red leadvelvet ribbon tied into a fine bow just beneath the bloom.

Optimus blinks.

Standing in the door to his office staring at the offering on his desk. He doesn't bother notifying security after his systems clear an environmental scan.

Stepping forward slowly he lifts the heavy and sweet bloom. Digits stroking the thick high quality ribbon. He purrs softly as he sets it in a vase. Emptying the crystal carnations from a senator to give the new bloom pride of place.

His optics wander to it often.

Prowl is standing at his door, doorwings sagging, energy reserves low, and evidence of a chase all over his chassis. He was dirty.

"Optimus?"

The monochrome mecha ges used to seeing is Jazz.

That's his amica after all. With all of his sharp smiles and jokes and gremlin habits. There used to be another, but they haven't come home. Optimus had accepted that.

Prowl was an independent creature and when no emergency hails came... His trackers found nothing either. So he let time March on.

Which is why his helm whips up. Fins cocked forwards and optics going wide at the sight that greets him. Monochrome, save for the vivid red on his brow. Even through the dust and mud and-

" Prowl! Oh Promus- Prowl why aren't you in medbay?!" Worry peaking sharply as he thrusts up from his desk.

" Convoy-?" Tone gentle and concerned.

The big rig gives a gusty, dry-desert huff through his central vents and staggers.

He’s at least mindful enough to keep from dropping his whole weight on the Magnus. Instead Convoy eases himself to his knees and bunts his helm up against Optimus, fins pressed back as he presses a scarred cheek to cooler armor.

Optimus cradles the heavy helm against his chest. Massaging the base of a long pointed fin. Purring quietly between softly murmured glyphs," Do you want to sit in the coolant pool? I can sit with you and help you with some cooling mesh..."

Optimus is glad his frame was modified to allow for radiation and heat resistance. Convoy would be /scalding/ any other mecha. His worry teaks at his systems.

Vents opening, gloss curling as he subtly vents in through his intake. Gathering scent data.

Convoy’s been ambling back and forth restlessly for a while, but as soon as the Magnus steps through the doorway he perks up and immediately makes his way over to lean down and nuzzle at him. “I wondered where you went.”

" Where I went?" Oppy is chuckling as he happily returns Convoy's affections. Purring softly as his audial fins wiggle in happiness," The same place I usually go: which is to work. I was finishing some documents."

Wraps his arms around Convoy's neck. Holding him firmly as he kisses his cheek.

Optimus hums as he applies the silver dust to the clear enamel over his cheeks. Buffing it carefully to make the very pale blue tone shine just a bit more.

Hes practicing different highlighter options.

He has an event coming up. His outfit on a hook nearby. Jewelry on a holder on his vanity. Its all silvers and Onyx. His date is meant to be silvers and Sapphires. The two of them mirroring each others accents together.

The creation of a Senator. He was a philanthropic sort who won a date accompaniment to a state event. So here he was- humming as he uses a cloth to wipe off the accepting. Picking up the enamel brush to paint over his features again.
