Hey, I don't know if you're still doing this or not but Drarry 10, thanks!
(Heyyyyyyyy so you’ve probably forgotten all about me and forgotten that you even asked for this because this is like at least 6 months after the matter of the fact, but here I am lol I hope it’s ok even if there was little to no actual drarry interaction <3)
10. “Teach me how to play?”
Draco had been huddling close to the circle of friends for quite a while. Harry thought his scrunched up face was unfairly cute, but he couldn’t afford to be distracted. Not when he was so close. He narrowed his eyes and glanced up around at his opponents.
Hermione, for the most part, kept an excellent poker face, though the way she constantly glanced at certain people made Harry think she wouldn’t be able to get rid of her hand so easily. Neville was hopelessly confused, half the of cards rested between his fingers, and Harry was mildly impressed that he seemed to be able to hold them all in a way he could see all the cards. Blaise was by far the hardest to read, and Harry wasn’t surprised. But he was also 5 cards deep, and Harry only two.
Harry glanced up at Draco again, getting lost in his adorable pout when Ron put his third to last card down. Ron was grinning. But the card was yellow, and he wouldn’t be grinning for long. Harry shoved his glasses up his nose and laid down his next card.
“Uno,” he said casually.
Hermione’s head popped up, and her hair fell out of her messy bun. “What? Already?”
Neville groaned, but dutifully put the next card down.
Pansy, shit Harry should have been paying more attention, placed hers down as well with a “Uno,” of her own. Harry let a little smirk rise to his face. It wouldn’t matter anyways.
Blaise put his card down, changing the color back to blue. He stared Harry down.
One by one they put the cards down, but Harry only had eyes for the excitement growing in Draco’s eyes, and his fidgeting hands, and his lips stretching out into a smile only to be bitten down by those perfect teeth and—
“Harry! It’s your turn!” Harry looked back to find eyes staring anxiously at him, the card on the top of the deck red. But that was fine.
Harry grinned triumphantly, and placed the Wild Card down on the pile. “I win,” he said, and leaped up to grab Draco around the waist. The rest of the group groaned.
“Not fair!” called Ron. “He always wins at Uno!”
Harry didn’t even hear him, too caught up in the soft peck Draco bestowed upon him. Draco’s eyes were light with excitement, and Harry’s heart melted a little to see him so carefree.
“Teach me how to play?” Draco asked.
Harry pecked him on the lips, and whispered in his ear, “How about I teach you strip poker in the bedroom instead?”
Draco smirked and hooked a finger on Harry’s belt loop, leading him away.
