OK. I know this woman is a little controversial and I can totally see why people don't always agree with what she has to say, but maybe to some of you her approach makes sense and is able to help you. For me personally, I think a lot of the things she says make a lot of sense and have true helpful value, other aspects however I don't agree with/don't believe in/seem exaggerated, so I ignore them. I think the best way to go about these videos is take to your heart what makes sense to you, and just leave the rest be :) Having said all that - the reason why I'm posting this (my favourite Ask Teal video) is that her voice and way of speaking and just the whole atmosphere of it relaxes my shoes off. I've totally watched this video about 15 times and half the time didn't listen to WHAT she said, but HOW she said it ;)
