Hi Tris! I was reading your posts on Simon and wanted to please ask what you felt was THE or what you felt were the biggest things that people often get wrong or don’t understand about him?

And I personally think the biggest one is the degradation during sex. Simon has been through a lot (Read the comics if you want to learn more) so degradation, either giving or receiving would be a hard no and a turn off for him. He’s guarded but he’s a sweet guy that just wants to love and be loved in return, so soft and passionate love making all the way.
This also goes for the “pervy” Simon that people write *shudders* he absolutely would not, he’s not some degenerate you’d find hiding behind a Dennys waiting for you to leave your car so he can sniff your seat… Like c’mon.
Another one is where people write him as this cold unfeeling monster and that is so far away from his actual character. This man jokes. There are even canon photos of him flexing his muscles. Also, would a cold and unfeeling monster buy skeleton gloves to match his mask? I don’t think so. In a post I favorites recently, they had said that Simon will buy anything skeleton related. He’s chosen a bit and he’s sticking to it.
