~Soft~ OC Asks for Der and Zim: 🍁 🌻🌾🌺🌿, and the symbol isn't showing up for me but the questions with How would your OC decorate a notebook or journal? ♥
🍁 Where does your OC go when they need to have some time to themself? Would they ever have their own “comfort corner” filled with all the things they like? Do they have a favourite spot outside that feels like its theirs and theirs alone?
Zim doesn’t really want time to himself because that would mean time alone with his thoughts and he rather be distracted by other things. When he find himself alone he usually go for a Thranta ride, at least if he is on Alderaan. It takes him high and far away from everything and still keeps him in the now. The closeness with the Thranta and the breathtaking view is all the exists. He doesn’t have a comfort corner but rather a comfort home filled with things he likes. Every item is chosen with love.
Derrick already spend most of his time by himself or with his husband who is the calm in the storm. He should really find himself a favorite spot and relax more, it might do him some good.
🌻 What little things do they notice about people or the world around them that make them happy? What tiny little treasures do they find in the normal every day that makes the world seem a little brighter for them?
Zim is good at finding the silver lining. He find happiness in people being kind to each other, in seeing them grow and change for the better. It gives him hope of a better world.As for tiny little treasures in his normal everyday life it is mainly his interactions with his husband, the love in his eyes, his smile and touch. Just being around him makes the world a brighter place for him personally.
Derrick tend to see what needs to change and it doesn’t really make him happy, just tired. He sees what needs to go for the world to be all it could be (fair, free and safe for everyone) and he does his best to make it so in his own way by doing his job.
Successful missions and his husband makes his days brighter.
🌾 Describe your OC through the eyes of someone absolutely head-over-heels in love with them
Oh, idk. Maybe this is for the people who loves them to answer.
🌺 What does your OC do to calm down when they’re scared or after a nightmare? Do they have any special comfort items or need to be reassured by a specific person? How do they handle this if they’re alone?
Neither of them don’t really ever get so scared in general or have nightmares. They would seek comfort in their spouses arms or the company of people they care about. If they are alone there is not much else to do much power through it. Do something to distract their thoughts elsewhere.
🌿 What way does your OC show that they care without using words? What way do others show your OC that they’re cared about without using speech?
For Derrick it is probably hugs. Hugging his husband, cuddling, sleeping close to him. Hugs is his silent way of saying you matter to me and I love you.
Without using words Zim express his love for others through touches, gifts and acts of service. Anything to make their day lighter and brighter. To let them know they are not alone and that someone is thinking about them.
🥀 How would your OC decorate a notebook or journal? What kind of things are written in there? Could you give an example of a nice entry?
Not sure Zim would decorate it. He probably have a few notebook/ journals already that he bought because of their pretty looks and with all intention to keep journal but he is busy and doesn’t write every often in them and tend to forget them after a while.
Derrick wouldn’t decorate it at all. He is not a child. If he would have a notebook or a journal it would probably be a lot of doodles of Blakk’s body with a dagger sticking out of it and nothing else.
