Just for the sake of this ask- and cause it’s more fun this way- I’m gonna pretend she had her own games before Katniss and Peeta’s
she gives such strong district 8 vibes, I mean- that’s her area of expertise along with knowing basically everything.
during the games she would be- very deliberate and calculated with everything she does. She watches and figures out how the arena works, watches the other tributes closely during training- doesn’t let them see what she’s really capable of if she can help it.

she’s really just playing a waiting game, and acting when she has to, which isn’t very exciting to watch- but she couldn’t care less about whether the Capitol liked her. Her goal is not dying horribly on national television.
and when she wins the Capitol probably has a little bit of a tricky time spinning her into something they can profit off of and show off because she’s so deeply uninterested in doing any of that- even if it would keep her alive she’s just- so bad at it
but they’d probably land on using her in a way similar to Wiress and Beetee where she’s enlisted to help create things for the Capitol
