KNJ: “Says the one who requires to approve the wardrobe, the outfits and wants his baby's hair done by someone he personally instructed.”

KSJ: “I know what I want and how I want it.”

KNJ: *whispers* “Asshole.”

KSJ: “Come on, answer the question, Namjoon.” *teases some more*

KNJ: “Long nails remind me of claws. They make me feel unsafe and uneasy. And bright colours and designs distract me.”

KSJ: “Alright, tell the whole truth.”

KNJ: *rolls his eyes* “I like holding hands. I don't like having potential weapons do something so innocent. I don't know, I've always liked women with short, plain nails. They feel natural, like they... I don't know, like they could bake bread.”

KSJ: “It's because our nanny always trimmed her nails short and never wore nail polish. He had a crush for her.”

KNJ: “Yes, Seokjin, you told them already.” *Namjoon sighs in desperation. “She's one of the few people who've made me feel safe through the years, it's not surprising I am looking for someone with similar traits. I want to feel safe with my partner.”

KSJ: *nods, letting it go* “It's fair. You know I'm not for real when I taunt you like that, right?”

KNJ: “Yeah, I know. Most of the time.” *looks away*

Gentlemen can I get a hug :( my flight got extremely delayed and I’m not going home today. Pls entertain me by talking about your most prized possessions

KTH: “I’m so sorry to hear that. Airports are a frustrating location for me too, I travel quite a lot and I often happen to have delayed flights. I remember I was stuck in Canada for three extra days because of the biggest snow storm of the year. I had to celebrate my birthday alone that year.”

KSJ: “Yes… Such a sad birthday that year. The holidays weren’t quite the same without you, especially since the younger cousins always love to have you around. It was a bit of a bother to have them running around for the cabin without no one checking on them.”

KNJ: “Well, we wish you a speedy return home.”

KSJ: “Of course. You asked to be entertained, correct?”

KNJ: “Most prized possession… I have a batch of bottles of the first wine I made. It’s a 2018. They’re about thirty, we’re using them to check how well the wine ages. It’s a complicated investment, since you never know how well the wine is going to age. But it’s worth it.” *large smile* “It’s like relationships, you never know what the breaking point is going to be, so you need to be careful, check in consistently, be vigilant, be attentive….”

KTH: *nods, absorbed in his thoughts* “I think mine is the contract of sale of my first hotel. I had a copy calligraphed and framed. It’s in my main office here in Seoul, even though I don’t visit that often. It reminds me of how much I’ve grown over the years, how my experience as an owner and a director has shaped me into a different person.” *stares at the floor with a somber expression*

KSJ: “Mine’s a bit obvious. It’s my boat, the Hermes.” *ears redden* “I’m a bit shy about it, since the feeling might be seen as juvenile. I used to be very obsessed with my job — just as Namjoon is now. I used to consider my job the only thing worth my attention and my time. I had been training to step in for almost two years when I told my grandfather I didn’t consider myself worthy, and that I was going to step down.” *smiles sadly and clears his throat* “Anyway, the following weekend he told me I needed to join him for a trip. I thought it was a work trip and got ready. Instead we flew to Jeju, and sailed to the family home in Jindo, another smaller island close by. There we sailed with the Hermes. It was the first time I felt free.” *laughs embarrassedly* “It’s what I do when I feel like I’m going to give up. I lengthen the leash and distance myself from the business for a couple days.”

KNJ: “You never told me about it.”

KSJ: “I didn’t want to bother you with that. It’s not that deep anyways…” *smiles, although it looks a bit tight*

KNJ: “Well, at least we entertained you, right?” *grins at the camera*

Hi!!! I’ve been reading your stories for some time and I’m a sucker for Namjoon and Vixen. I have to ask though, given your range of knowledge in kinks/ the amazing relationship you’ve created between Joon and his gf, what would happen if vixen suddenly finds something kinky and is really into it when it’s in joon’s hard no list? Esp considering since he’s into complete monogamy

Now, about Namjoon and Vixen! I think most of their exploring happens together — Vixen mostly explores with Namjoon because she needs the kind of support and comfort he gives her. I’ve always imagined them being highly compatible in terms of kinks and interests, and I don’t think Vixen would ever meddle with stuff that Namjoon would outright disapprove.

If they wanted to try something new, probably their most standard approach would be to talk it out and go through potential catches. If one of them is not interested, they are automatically okay with ignoring the thing, since their main focus is to use BDSM to reach a deeper level of communication, intimacy and trust. I don’t think Namjoon would ever say no if Vixen were to be very enthusiastic about something (of course, within reason); however, during the experimenting, they would take special measures to make surety are safe throughout it all — with special regards to Namjoon. The powerplay would be held to a minimum and Vixen would be very likely a power bottom. She would insist on Namjoon having a safeword for slowdown/stop, the scene would be very brief and slow and they would communicate a lot throughout it all, Vixen checking in verbally all the time. She would most definitely give him aftercare afterwards, praise him and give him lots of love, cuddles and attention.

Were he ever to tell her no, she would absolutely be okay with it. She’s for sure not interested in trying things with other people, and that is because she also feels the need for monogamy: her experimenting is mostly connected with the comfort and support and desire that Namjoon makes her feel (because after all if she feels like experimenting a kink, she is thinking about it with Namjoon and with him alone). I don’t think they would feel the need for other people, and if they did, it would be mostly due to them losing their connection with each other. Namjoon might even be willing to reconsider the monogamy rule, but Vixen would know that his reconsidering wouldn’t be sincere (exclusively caused by his need to make her happy and his fear of losing her), therefore she would reassure him, tell him she can easily do without because she’s only interested in trying that kink with him.

Overall, their kinks are exclusively bound to the level of emotional connection they want to reach, and therefore if a kink makes any of the two uncomfortable, they’re willing to avoid it for the sake of the comfort and intimacy they can find in each other.

I’d love to bring my partner there. Stay in a nice villa. Go sightseeing and hiking by day, and sit by the fire with a nice bottle of wine at night. Some relaxing background music, and then chat about whatever. Maybe read. Maybe just rest and chill.”

KTH: “Oh. You should tell me where that was. I want to visit too now.”

KNJ: “The food is over the top. Best food I’ve ever eaten. And the vegetables… Good, they were the best. You could live of them. Olive oil, basil, oregano on some grilled eggplant or zucchini and there you go, best thing you’ll ever eat. Not to mention tomatoes… I really need to go back.”

KTH: “Well. You sell it well… I think… I don’t know. I travel a lot because of the hotels, so it feels difficult to choose just one place. Maybe the Maldives… No! Switzerland! Or… Or Greece. Greece is nice, the weather is lovely in early September. But Switzerland is also nice, the weather isn’t as good, but the towns have very unique style, and the landscape is always breathtaking, with the mountains and the lakes… I think I would go wherever my partner wants to. I can’t choose!” *blushes with an embarrassed laugh*

KSJ: “Paris, New York, London, Tokyo… I’m okay with any city my partner wants to visit as long as there’s Wi-Fi and videogames.” *silent, thinking* “Now that I think about it, though… Well, I like boats and navigation. I think I’d love to travel the southern coast of Korea by boat, go island-hopping, so to say. But I need an excellent partner for that. An actual girlfriend. I would need to teach her the basics of navigation, it’s hard to do it alone. I mean, I could hire assistants, but it wouldn’t be the same. I really want to do it with just me and my girlfriend.”

KNJ: “That sounds extremely fascinating, hyung.”

KSJ: “I know. But it’s not as easy as it sounds, that’s why I’ve been hesitating.”

*KNJ nods*

KTH: “You’d see beautiful panoramas”

KSJ: *smirk* “Truly.” *chuckles politely*
