tea orange: what is something that your muse is fascinated with?
She’s absolutely fascinated with Llomeryn’s culture as part of her mother’s origins. Magic is naturally part of that charm, not the bigot theodosian understanding of it, but the ancestral lore that the seeresses pass down from one generation to the other since centuries. Although being a bastard, as a Trevelyan, she was taught that magic is a danger and that the only salvation from that curse was following the Chant and the Chantry's teachings. Her mother's legacy was stripped out of her like it were a sin to be ashamed of. As a natural consequence, when she arrived in Llomerin and got to know her true origins, she felt like she had lived in a lie all along. From that moment on, Mistral decided to openly disavow everything she had been taught before which of course put her in dangerous situations more than once.
Moss: how easily does your muse adapt to any new situations they're thrust into?
She can fare well in most situations. She has been trained as a spy since a very Young age so many are the skills she has developed over the years. She can:
recognise over 200 species of plants and she knows how to use them
dance, sing and play and use these arts to seduce
Although she isn’t fond of the use of seduction as a mean to manipulate people, she won’t hesitate to do so if the situation requires it and she is pretty good at it.
Due to her upbringing and trust issues, she’s prone to lies.
She has a very good memory, so it’s seldom that she doesn’t remember what lies she told. If she does, she is also pretty good at making up a believeble excuse.
she probably has one (huge) weak point: her wolf-sister. If she’s in danger, Mistral will risk everything and anything to save her.
