Could I offer my help? Sharing some energy with Babu maybe helping stabilise Empty dimension... or evacuate everybody?
By this point in the dimension's decaying process, the connections between this world and ours is strained. If you were to evacuate everyone, I'm not sure that everyone would make it back in once piece, if at all, so that's a pretty major gamble.
And, I'm sorry, but your power might not be enough. Babbu runs on a totally different power frequency, and Babbu can waste you energy in a flash if you aren't careful. Little guy runs on childhood wonder, and that is some pretty serious power. Even in it's condition, Babbu is using massive amounts of energy to keep this place afloat.
