its different every year and changes with the setting. This time since its in canterlot and hosted in the royal gardens, the team consists of the royal staff, and the main manager in charge Perfect Note.

Every year I design (or get someone to design) a manager in charge, it’s more fun that way, and this year it’s Perfect Note, and she’s technically the one answering your questions!
