Overnight on the night before Christmas, a new present appears under Little Miku’s tree. Inside is a large handmade stuffed bunny toy made of a fluffy Miku-teal material, holding a stuffed negi, and accompanied by a note that says “A cute bunny for a cute girl-Santa” in Mecha’s handwriting.

Niichan stopped by today, he said it was to check up on me and see how i was settling in at the apartments, but i feel as though there was more to that. Kinda like a gut feeling. Though we definitely had a good talk, plans about summer, halloween, christmas..oh and my birthday too..haha. It was nice. “There is something else i wanted to talk to you about Mizki..” said Yuuma, “Well not talk but more like a delivery. You see when you were sent abroad by our company..all your things were going to be thrown out though all of us pretty much went against it and took some of the things you love to our place. But..” he then slowly pulls out a present. “I found this and it was unopened so I am guessing they left it on christmas eve or day of last year.” Yuuma then hands it to Mizki. She slowly takes it and looks it it, she sees a note and reads it. ‘I’m sad we didn’t get to spend more time together this year,..’  Mizki’s eyes widened in shock as she continues to read.   ‘I hope you managed to find what you are looking for and come back soon! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, -Mikuo’ Her eyes then began to sadden, ‘That’s right..Mikuo Hatsune..he was my friend too..yet he didn’t know what had happened to me either. How stupid of me. ‘ she tries to remember what had happened, ‘..I got lost..I remember I wore my...’ it starts to get a little fuzzy and Mizki began to feel a weight on her chest. Guilt...Ashamed. Yuuma gently places his hand on her knee. “Hey...” he said as he gently shakes her back to reality. “It’s gonna be okay dummy, you guys will talk again soon. I’m sure you’re gonna bake them or cook for them some nice goods of sorts...since i  know you well enough sis. Look at the bright side...i didn’t read the note or opened your present.” he smiles trying to cheer her up about it. Mizki smiles slightly and chuckled. “You’re right..” though she tried to shake it off, that weight on her chest was still there. Looking down at her present she smiled, but still you can see a little bit of sadness on her. “Come on now, go on and open it. I think it’s overdue.” said Yuuma, as Mizki smiled and nodded, opening her present. ‘Thank you..Mikuo. For remembering me just for a little while..’
