Into the East *cue Annie Lennox*
Elemmírë sighed as he walked out the side door of the large concert hall on Tol Eressëa. Walking back to the docks to head back to Valinor itself, he paused to take in the sight of the sun sinking into the West, painting the heavens a glorious shade of robust gold that faded into orange before blending into a subdued pattern of tones of blues and violets, the golden light sparkling on the silvery-blue sea as Arien completed one more day's journey in her endless cycle as the gulls on high wheeled and circled, their lamenting wails echoing over the isle. After watching the sight (both ancient and yet refreshing), Elemmírë decided that he would (as he often did) take a walk around the island before returning, starting at the docks on the eastern shore. It was then that he noticed the slightly...ahem,pudgy...elf dabbling his feet in the waves and muttering to himself about Imladris.
Imladris? thought the Vanyarin bard. That is where the Tumblr said Makalaurë is. I worry for him...
The ...large... elf stared east. "I think I shall sail to Imladris," Elemmírë heard him clearly say before he trailed off into muttering about cake and gravy. This was a bit...odd, shall we say, but Elemmírë didn't pay that heed.
"Excuse me," he said politely, tapping the elf on the shoulder. "Did I hear you say that you were planning to sail to Imladris?"
