Every glare Graves catches from one of the members of the 141 only makes him want to stay on their base a little longer. He relishes in the knowledge that he's loathed while yet still being allowed to be here. There's a power in knowing that he lives in their hearts, even if it's bred of hatred. Ultimately, it doesn't matter what kind of attention he's getting, just as long as he's getting it.

Graves proposed it as team building, an attempt to repair relations between Shadow Company and the SAS after everything that happened. It's a lie, he knows - but his Shadows are having a good time, and the man Graves has his sights set on hasn't yet left.

There's a distinct lack of mistletoe in their common room- Price must have the same opinions that Graves holds. Or maybe it's another one of the differences between these UK folks and him.

It makes no difference, not when one of his Shadows approaches him with a paper bag. Graves takes the contents and leaves the trash.

Immediately, he weaves to cross the room and find Crow - tucked in with a few other members of the 141 and pointedly avoiding Graves' stare.

Crow's efforts are moot when Graves presents the item his Shadow had given him, dramatically dangling it above his and Crow's heads.
