Lemmy sank his head into arms as he watched no one come by. His ears perked up a bit when Rai finally answered. His hand giving him a reassuring squeeze. He was certain that Rai was becoming more sober, his tone of voice eased up into its more common gentle sound.
"Aha...thank you very much. If I wasn't running this kissing booth for Milreaf and Hiro...I think I would've come to just hang out... and as a... date?" he tilted his head slightly, looking directly at Rai. "To be honest, we haven't been on a date and it's been a month already and... I'm already unsure of what to do on a date. I...I don't want to mess up either..." he looked down and placed his face in his hands, he was beginning to talk faster and a little louder. Two traits he had when he was getting nervous. "I-I guess I'm really just nervous, because I haven't dated anyone in so long and... they're important to me....What do you think...?"
Then he looked up suddenly.
"D-Do you think I should get him a gift? I'm not sure what he'd want but something as a souvenir. But he didn't really want to come so...and he was kind of upset with me earlier...and I don't want to mess things up, but I don't want to seem like I didn't think about him at all...Like I was enjoying not being around him...urk" he was chewing on his lips, almost making them bleed.
Milreaf listened very carefully then. She supposed that Merdavi wanted his own freedom, rather. But she was running away because she didn't want to face up to something that could be her own fault. She stared at the wolf in his mouth, the felt was already scratched up a bit from being held too long.
"Subtle...?" she was a tad bit more fearful. But she was sure it wouldn't be anything like the incident at prom.
Seeing the corpse dropped into the ocean, Merdavi made a clean landing onto the sand near Cyniel's attraction. Understanding his fear, she quickly slid off his back and patted her clothes down. In her bag, she took out her yukata and slid it on.
"Come on Merdavi, if you come and get closer to the bonfire, no one will suspect anything. Just a little dragon wanting to be warm. If Giegue finds you...then surely she'll think the ice was melted by the warmth of the fire."
---
Hiro gave a short wave to Yuujin and smiled to himself. She was a lot calmer now, thankfully. It was very important to calm down people alongside healing them. So hopefully she would have a great rest of the evening. Staring at Mardi, he propped the chairs up and added a pillow and blanket so that Mardi would be resting at least comfortably. He had no idea how to take care of him to get home, however.
He jumped again as Giegue had suddenly called out to him, he was nervous and unsure what he did wrong. She pulled out the raffle doll that looked like him. She kept staring back and forth between her doll and himself. When she started giggling, Hiro sighed out.
How many people actually had a Hiro doll anyway? And why was his cowlick so...prominent... He pulled on his actual one several times. It suddenly combust into flames, whenever he did it too often and not realized. Being a fire mage and using his fingers as to control his magic...
"Ah..." he paused, he didn't know her name. "Ma'am...are you alright? Were you looking for someone at all?"
He was suddenly unsure if he should've disturbed her. She seemed a little more at ease staring at the doll. He wasn't even paying attention to his cowlick on fire.
Basically; because of Mardi being knocked out cold, host Hiro will now be doing medical procedures on anyone who is hurt. Unlike Mardi, he will not be stationary. He will periodically move around to help anyone who is hurt.
Summary:
Hiro - Basically he gets over and sees Alpha walking off. He treats Mardi first because the guy's probably gonna bleed to death. Then Coro. Then Giegue. When he realizes Giegue is Merdavi's owner he begins to panic.
Lemmy - he's questioning if Rai is actually drunk or not. Tries to get some conversation in to catch up with the times.

After settling down the bonfire and getting some kindling around for any bystanders, he made sure to warn people to not throw their friends or enemies in. Oh, and if they decided to cook their food... not to get it to the point of being too close else it would scorch.
At some point, he looked over to where the medical tent was. He was a bit peeved that there was only one cot still. Very mildly equipped. As he began to make his way over there, a younger green haired elf had locked eye contact with him and began running as quickly as she could to him. Before he could make a word, she began to grab him by his wrist to the medical tent. Judging by how tightly she was grabbing not to mention how earnest she was to get there, something bad had happened.
"Don't. Fuck. With. Me!"
A grey haired demon had stormed out and leaving behind a heavily bleeding and unconscious doctor, a broken cot, and two mildly cared for patients. He pulled on his cowlick several times, when he felt he was unconsciously lighting it on fire again, he stopped.
"Please help with the med tent. I'm scared for Mardi..."
He looked back into the eyes of the younger elf girl and nodded. He first took a look at the bloodied doctor. He sighed semi loudly. He reluctantly agreed to letting him run it, but if he had known...he would've been running it instead.
"It's alright. I'm a licensed nurse, I know what to do." he paused while he carefully propped who he assumed to be Mardi on the ground, elevating his high areas of bleeding. "Technically, I could be licensed as a doctor. But no... let's just get your friend back into shape."
Getting out his inventory bad from his pocket, he removed his medical kit inside. Medical kit would be a bad way to describe, as it seemed vastly large and organized. It seemed to be stocked with materials for surgery as well. Hiro quickly made an icebolt crystal, onto to quickly melt it with a firebolt so he could dampen his towels. Taking care to carefully clear away small rocks and sand from Mardi's blood and wounds.
Noticing that several areas were in limbs, he quickly added pressure to much of the points to stop the bleeding. Realizing it didn't stop, he pressured parts of his arteries till it did. Feeling slightly content, he carefully wrapped the area in gauze and a bandage. He continued to work on other parts of his body until he looked like almost like a mummy.
While wiping the excess blood again, he carefully laid Mardi on his back again. Pressing his fingers around the afflicted areas, the air began to feel warmer. He could slowly start to feel his blood pulsing through his body again, regardless he didn't quit until he could feel a labored but still breathing body. The magic that he was using was causing a slight strain on him. It was rare that he ever had to use this heavy cleric-extensive magic.
He turned to face Yuu and shook his head. "Sorry, the air got warmer because of the heavy healing magic needed to save him from the brink of death. If he's a Milletian, then he'll certainly be well in a week or so. While I can definitely heal him completely, it's always best to give one some rest. If he's Tuathan...he'll still live. But, the recovery will take him about 6 months. In either case, he isn't allowed to strain himself. I'd suggest getting him a wheelchair. He'll feel like an old man but..." staring at Mardi carefully, his chest heaved slowly. "He'll be lucky he survived that attack."
He looked over at the other two. He saw one of them flown off the cot. Looking at the semi-messy haired boy, he checked his bandage carefully. Seeing the rather raised and dark bruise, he could feel there was something beyond cosmetic damage. Removing it entirely, he got semi-irritated with the doctor on hand. Leaning the boy against the wall, he reached into his bag for his glasses. Specially designed glasses meant to be used for x-rays amongst other things. One would just change the setting. Carefully placing it on, he switched the setting from cardio to x-ray. Focusing his lens at his bruise, he noticed stray ice shards had been partially protruding into his brain.
Hiro grit his teeth and very gently pressed two fingers on the bruise. He could feel a shiver running in Coro's body as it still hurt. He carefully melted the ice and with a different spell drained it from his brain. He began to wonder what kind of doctor Mardi was, especially if he couldn't do simple spells like these. Using a cotton ball, he wiped the area with rubbing alcohol, pleased to see it lessen. He gently applied pressure and heat into the bruise. While keeping on hand busy, he check the other areas for damage. Beyond just sand, he seemed fine.
"I'm going to put a small bandage on your bruise, alright? If you suddenly feel pain... run and get me as soon as possible. You won't find me at the tent though, I'll be around searching if there's anyone else who needs help." he let his hand go and gently bandaged the area. "Rest is what you actually need. But since I don't think you want to leave the festival just yet... I can give you some pain killers. Just tell me if you want them, because the pain might spike."
Looking at the semi-dazed girl, he wondered what had gone wrong with her. He then noticed a speck of purple-pink under her hair. He turned back to Yuujin, it was likely her band-aids.
"When did it get so dark? …Wait where’s my Dragon?"
He raised his hand, but saw that she wasn't exactly dazed just... confused?
"He’s not allowed out alone at this time of night, has anyone seen a large black and red dragon? Big teeth, bigger mouth, looks like he’d bite you, probably kill you if he got you alone in a dark place?"
Hiro suddenly realized it was the dragon that both he and Milreaf had been around earlier. Turning to face the area where they used to be, he suddenly panicked since they had not returned. Hearing the last bit panicked him, especially if the dragon could kill...
he shook his head, and carefully leaned over to Giegue and carefully took off the bandaids. He looked over at Yuu.
"These were probably yours, The area might need to redress the wound, so I'll have to change them. I like your color of band-aids though!" he stared at Giegue, and he shook quietly on the inside. He couldn't understand facial expressions and how one said words as well as Milreaf said but the dragon seemed to be fearful. And right now, he was scared for both of them. He saw the rather large gash wound, he bit his lip. It at least was cleaned nicely, no sand...but ah there was a small rock. Carefully removing it, he wiped down her bleeding with a disinfectant. Carefully bandaging her forehead, he tried to fix her hair to how it looked before. It wasn't really working.
He wondered how much time he could save for Milreaf and the dragon before the girl was completely conscious.
---
Lemmy stared at Rai as he tried to sit up straight. He had the biggest goofy grin on his face as he stated. Pressing a finger to his lips, he frowned a little. He was humming through the entire question. It didn't bother him, but he questioned if he was sober or not.
"I...Am..." he paused for a second. "drunk."
Lemmy nodded quietly in acknowledgement. He was really unsure if he was drunk or not, but he wasn't going to make him walk a straight line. Not to mention...he outwardly admitted that.
"Well, we haven't hung out in a few months. Just wondering what you've been up to." he said gently. He took out his phone and slid it upwards. There was no new messages. He put it back to where he got it from. "Text messages are great and all, but there's a difference between hanging out and having a merry time chatting and simply texting every day, you know? There's some things you can't exactly talk about on the phone through text messages."
He leaned over the counter and stared at the incoming scene. He decided to keep talking, he wasn't too comfortable around too many people. But he was a bit more at ease with Rai, not to mention...if Rai really WAS drunk, then he possibly wouldn't remember what he would be saying anyhow.
"Well for me, I've finished a few novels that I think you may enjoy. I've been trying to write new music, but I'm kind of stuck at certain parts. Prom went...fine. Better than fine...except someone died." he stared uneasily at the ocean. "And...I guess I've found someone really important to me. Important as in... a lover, not as in a really close friend."
Cut up in a few pieces.
Milreaf's piece: She runs off with Merdavi to fly off to someplace.
Hiro's piece: He thinks about his relationship with Milky, helps Lydes heal. He begins to panic that Milreaf is no longer there. He begins to distress and kick himself mentally since he can't leave to help her.
Lemmy's piece: He notices Rai and throws a lemon with a message on it.
Milreaf almost looked offended with the first comment, but her facial expression eased when he showed his fangs again. His dorky grin made me giggle a bit.
"Well, apologies for offending you. But, you don't exactly just seem to be Giegue's favorite companion either." she looked at her arm for a second. "But I'm not prying. You seem to fear her, or what might happen without her. So I'm assuming the relationship benefits mutually..."
Seeing him lower his back for her, she carefully climbs on. She watches out for Hiro, she notices that he's on one knee to help a man that seems to have chest pains. Sticking her tongue at his direction, she situates herself on Merdavi.
Almost taking off in full float, she felt the power in his wings. Rising higher and higher into the skies, she stook her hand out and weakly use magic on the clouds as she brushed her fingers through. Snow started to fall from where her fingers solidified them.
"So, Merdavi. What do you wanna eat? I don't think you want more bears. But if you do, the closest is Gairech Hills. But anywhere would be fine."
---
Hiro had finished buying and cooking whatever Milreaf wanted. He felt like he was a pushover. But then again, he was told that he was like that always when it came to her. He felt clearly distressed and panicked that she hardly remembered him. But thrusting memories and things she couldn't attempt to remember would be bad... and she'd grow to hate him but it would cause a larger awkward gap between them.
Carefully placing all of the goods in his bag. No matter what happened to it, it usually had enough space. Not that he carried much.
Stopped in his tracks, he noticed a man hit by a snowball. Only to attempt to stand to only fall down. He clutched his chest sharply.
He looked to where he left Milreaf, she seemed to be talking to the dragon still.
"She can wait a li
ttle longer for me." he thought.
Rushing over to his aid, he quickly scanned for the medical tent. It was already overfilled. Didn't the doctor there know to stock more cots there? He then thought bitterly that it's a small festival, nothing big ever happens. Staring at the snowball, it was snowy and soft on the outside, but clearly on the inside it was compressed with ice shards, it was likely more dangerous than normal rock filled snowballs. His foster father, his teacher, had always mentioned to not make hasty judgements when treating someone. But, in such a case when it could be made, it was sure to help someone.
"I'm sorry, please just take my hand and squeeze it. I'll heal you because the medical tent is full."
He pressed his fingers over the afflicted area. "There may be ice shards lodged in your body. This is a weak spell that will melt the ice safely into water where it'll pass through your body." His fingers began emitting a faint reddish-orange misty air around his fingers. "This...is just to heal you. Just don't strain yourself afterwards. For example, don't bend down too quickly. Ask someone else to do it. Oh and for heavens sake, don't touch the area. It might be bruised at most. It will heal on its own, but you can use ice...er well, a cold compress to speed up the process. Use rubbing alcohol if you'd like to wear away the physical damage."
A fainter green light healed the area. Standing up, he helped the man up before bowing quickly and rushing off to find Milreaf.
He stopped in panic. She was no longer there. Neither was the dragon.
"Could she be eaten? I should've come faster. I should've led us aroundt he festival. I should've held onto her closer. I should've." feeling a vibration in his shorts, he saw his phone signalling when to set up for the bonfire. He couldn't look for her now.
"I'm sorry Milreaf. I'll apologize more when you're back... but for now." he ran to the other side of the beach. He noticed Oonthe looking very serene in his pool of water around a castle. Most of the placements for the bonfire was all in place.
He bowed politely to the workers. Aiming a large firebolt at the top, he continued to add more until it was set ablaze. He nervously looked around. He should announce the start soon.
---
Lemmy nervously bit into the lemon he had set his eyes on. It embarrassed him whenever he ate them. More so because of his roommate, but he would never let that known to him. It would just cause merciless teasing.
From the corners of his eyes he noticed Rai. He seemed to be in a kind of dreamy yet sad daze over his sculpture of... he believed Caravan Joe...? The man seemed to look different every time. He doubted Rai had looked over every inch of the festival, and he had just come. Perhaps they could mingle and talk like old times...?
Grabbing a piece of note paper and pen from his own inventory, he quickly wrote a note. Asking for a piece of tap, he stuck the note on the lemon before he reread it.
"I don't know what to write here, but I just wanted to say hi. I'm over by the fruit stand if you wanna chill for the small time before I have to go to the kissing booth.
~ Lemmy."
He closed one eye and aimed the lemon directly at Rai's head. He'll apologize later. He saw he hit his mark. Lemmy smiled in full triumph. His smile soon vanished. He had his contact information on his phone...he could've texted him.
