Best OCS seen?

Momoka Kunogi and Aki Akagi probably.

They're the ones that had the least problems, and yet still remained interesting enough to hold out on their own. A lot of OCs that fall into the 'meh' category have very few logical or writing problems, but just aren't very interesting. If you do the opposite, 99% of the time you get a mary sue.
