Morgana’s Guide to the Romantic Arts (And Thieving...?)
Just like a well-planned caper, you must know your desired object long before you go and steal it. You can’t just decide you want to steal something when you walk into a museum! There are variables!
What if a painting you want to take is much heavier than you thought it would be?
You won’t get a few feet before the guards mow you down!
It’s the same way with romance, you must get to know his type and what you have in common, so you don’t stumble mid-interaction!
A good thief knows their skills and how to utilize them.
Some thieves are good at breaking-and-entering without detection, others are good at directing attention away from their crimes so they can steal in plain sight.
Those same thieves might not be good at both though.
You must find where you have a skill and master it! What it is about yourself that can keep him interested in you? What types of actions do you do that he takes notice of the most? And better yet, how do you work with those strengths to get him to chase you back?
All thieves will face an opponent at some point, whether it’s the coppers or a rival! The best thing you can do is stay one step ahead of them at all times, and the only way to do that is to study them!
What are they doing to get to the target? How are they getting in your way? What advantages does he have over you, and how do you get past them?
Once you know all these things, your pathway to a picturesque, romantic bond will be laid out before you, @ask-yusuke!
Any questions so far?
