Them: No, I mean, like, where are you from? Me: Born in Cali, raised in Oregon
Them: No, I mean... ya know, like, what are you? Me: Didn't we already establish that one?
Look, I'm mostly fucking with you. I get that you're trying to ask "What's your ethnicity?" but you're uncomfortable saying it outright. If it's that uncomfortable to ask... how do you think it feels to be questioned?
