My muse just dreamt that they got killed by yours. Send me ‘✸’ for my muse to wake up from their nightmare and seeing yours.
Lapis’ eyes shot open, but she didn’t get up. She stared up at the ceiling for a moment.
I don’t remember...falling asleep. She remembered, she had been knocked out during a battle. That’s why it felt so...real. Slowly, she got up. Her dream came back at her in flashes, Beni ripping her to shreds and shattering her gem. She hugged herself, taking slow breaths. Then she saw him sitting a few feet away.
“B-Beni.” She ran her fingers through her hair, shaking. “Hi.”

Ruby looked warily at the other gem. “...my, what big teeth you have.” She mumbled, smirking to herself at the little joke.
