I'm at work so I'll be brief and use screencaps for further rant later.

Basically, she stole a ton of art, some of it mine. I managed to get mine taken down, but deviantArt won't defend Pixiv artists unless they make claims themselves.

So I then decided the best course of action was to get her banned for too many strikes. She has a ton of screencaps and edits which are ALSO against deviantArt policy. They said they took down the Pixiv stuff but saw no problem with the screencaps, then linked me to their FAQ.

The only screencaps allowed are desktop screencaps. You can prove they are because they have that bottom bar. None of the caps she posted has these, and I think i linked them 5 or 6 examples, listing which exact games they were from, and they still said they are okay.

So I'm just infuriated how they are backing her when she is clearly against the rules.

My other personal problem with her is she said I was mad about her stealing my art only because she is black which I didn't even know she was and why would I care? She then tried to report me for racism which deviantArt found in my favour; I made absolutely no comments about her race. But still. I have a problem with her accusation.

Sprite (Secret of Mana) NOW HEAR ME OUT ON THIS ONE. Secret of Mana was one of my first RPG's ever, and as a child, I thought Sprite was a girl. I could be completely idiotic, but I believe the game was rather non-specific, although I know now on official license and information, Sprite is, indeed, a male. I put him on here anyways because I played him as a girl, and I believed he was a girl for a solid chunk of my life. I was maybe 14 when I discovered she was a he. So Fem!Headcanon!Sprite was a really influential character for me as a kid, hahaha.
