Heya people, vacation took a bit longer than my parents had planned but hey, who doesnt miss a flight or two.

More of my stuff keeps vanishing, and I'm convinced that it can't just be me having no orientational sense at all.

Yesterday I saw how my notebook got swallowed by something that looked like a hole or rift thing, not quite sure.

At this point I'm close to giving up. The research isn't getting me any new info. Jonathan is running on so much coffe and energy drinks that I think he might have a heart attack soon. also my desk is strationg to look like a battlefield, the printer has stoped working too.

At least Nadeem is sleeping.

I talked to my parents.

I have never, ever, talked with my parents for this long.

At first, they were both angry, of course. My mother started off by telling me she had no words and then yelled at me for two hours. I am convinced every neighbor now knows how Dutch yelling sounds. But after she and I calmed down we were able to talk, in a normal way, I think? I had a lot of explaining to do, concerning a vast variety of themes.

I managed to explain everything, and they eventually kinda understand why I did what I did. And they seem to actually care, at least I hope they do and I mean, it seems like it?

I told my mother about Spark (@ask-ghostbustersintern-sparkplug), and she said that she thinks she sounds like a lovely girl. She said that if Spark would eat 10 Bitterballen without hesitation she could date me. Strange thing I am aware, but that's my mother for you. My father said that he does understand why I like women and that they were just very shocked when I came out. They did say that that doesn't justify their actions and I agree with that.

I told them about the others too, they're happy that I have friends here, that I have people to eat lunch with at school.

I am also not grounded, why? Because they think it wouldn't solve anything. They say that I'd find a way out anyway. They said we could visit Texel again soon but also threatened me that they'd send me to a Swiss boarding school if I tried to run away from home or stay away for a week without updating them on anything. I feel like that threat was a real one btw.

Why does hospital food taste so bad? Anyways, they say I’ll be allowed to leave today, surprisingly, they did not call my parents.
