Headcanon symbol thingy for Any/All muses that Rock knows I guess~
Zero was the first royal knight to be born in Lacroa since Vessel Knight, the first Knight Gundam of Lacroa!
Zero is actually a reincarnate of Vessel Knight. I also once played with an idea that Tallgeese and Zero ( but alternatively, Deed and Zero could apply too) were both part of the same spirit that split- just like Vessel Knight and Satan Gundam were two halves of a whole. As a secondary note, Rock knows the similarities of Zero and Vessel, and it's always been something he's been insanely curious about.
Deed was born in the SD world version of colonial America. The world of the jamestown settlers was a world where everything around you was your enemy. Even the wilderness- Deed really wasn't accepted there as he matured into a sparkling, which has helped solidify his quiet, reserved nature, and keeping to the shadows and the darkness. It's where his skill in stealth began, too. He was exposed at an early age to the dangers of public judgement, and it increases his anxiety when confronting his own feelings towards Rele.
Since I'm on the subject of strictly headcanons, let me go on with something similar. When I did research on the knights, afterwards I had a lot of muse, and I came up with a series of short stories about the knights. I came really close to starting the fic- but aha me and projects.
Zero and Deed had one chapter dedicated to them at least, if not two.
The first, which I've YET TO SOMEDAY DRAW I WILL THOUGH I SWEAR 8I is Deed and Zero were once doing their guard duty while the Princess played with other noble's girls. They're new pages and Rele is still only a very little girl. It was winter and they were watching from over on the frozen fountain when Rele suddenly comes staggering over while they were talking, blindfolded. She grabs Zero and kisses him suddenly, both Rele and Zero's first kiss. WHOOPS. Guess who got the "spin around and grab and kiss someone" game? 8Db The incident not only drove the very first stake between Zero and Deed (out of jealously), it was the first moment and very early on that Deed felt feelings for the girl.
The second story didn't involve Rele, moreso, it involved their duties. I love babbu Zero and Deed so they were probably pages when initially a headcanon, but squires make more sense. XD They were sent out to the edges of the kingdom where two towns are having Capulet and Montague type problems- uncooperative in the least, and it's blocking up the roadway through the towns because of it. In order to help resolve it, Zero and Deed split between the two towns and tried to talk to them and coerce them into behaving, it really didn't work. They wasted a lot of time this way, but then-- I guess my memory is fuzzy on it all now that it's been years, but a monster attacked basically and the bridge connecting the towns was in danger of being destroyed and the boys used this crazy assed attack together to kill it. My headcanon was Deed used ice magic so, with Zero's tornado, kinda made this ice tornado that was really cool.At the end of the day, the two towns reconciled and Zero and Deed helped them repair the bridge. :3 Happy ends~
