Yeah, I know, it’s been awhile... so I thought I’d start again with this whole “A Sketchnote a Day” thing... and what better way than to try to keep my self occupied while doing some online harassment training!

I was asked to participate in our university's new Mission Academy - a group of faculty and administrators take with looking at issues critical to the Mission of the University of the Incarnate Word. This year we are talking about University Ethics and how it can be applied in our university, schools, departments, and courses. I was teamed up with four fantastic individuals (2 I have known for year and 2 that I met that day). I look forward to working with this "small group" to bring about "big things." During our brainstorming session, they let me be the note-taker.

1. Using a paper plate and some construction paper, I made a snow head (not a complete snowman).
2. Google’s new #SantaTracker is awesome! A new thing to learn, watch, and play each day!
3. In math we learned more about subtraction.

Monster’s report for the day: “I forgot my jacket at recess but I ran around to keep warm. When I got home and took off my shoes, my socks were STINKY! Then I asked mom for some hot cocoa... but not because I was cold.”
