Aftermath (Open RP)
Violetstar was wounded. Her moans could be heard through the woods. After a while, she finally collapsed to the forest floor. Blood oozed from her injuries, and her breathing was ragged. She needed help. And fast.

For Fira-mun:
Deep within the woods where the winds rustles the leaves of the vast trees and where the chilled creeks flowed a beast stalks the shadows. Scales of night with fire and ice within her eyes she slips through the forest like a leopard, her gaze shifting as she silently moves. The dragon pauses briefly, cat like eyes contracting as her nostrils flare. Someone else was in these woods, their scent carried to her upon the winds.
And the scent? A foreign mix of human and dragon. There were others, creatures that had no name on this side of the world and others probably unseen. It was a strange smell, but the clearest was dragon and human. The owner of the scent however really, was more occupied by attempting to fish.
She was used to a warmer climate, the frigid water didn’t agree with her but she sat at the edge of the water now. Human in appearance, legs folded, long hair pooled in the snow behind her. Course, the nearby dragon did not grab her attention, the wind keeping the night fury’s scent away from her anyway.

"Hello there beautiful, what rings a creature like you out?"

Sticks and leaves crunched underfoot as the young viking chieftain wandered through the woods. He was glad he had found time to escape his duties. The forest was full of energy and life, and was just what Hiccup needed to enjoy himself.
He wandered through the woods, letting the call of the forest carry him forth. For on this day he had no expectations or desires to go anywhere in particular.
"Okay- ow."
A night so crisp, so fresh, so grand! What is to do in the dragons' land? Peter swooped low over the alpine height, skimming the passing tips of coniferous giants along the mountain ridge. This land belonged to a realm the boy had never visited before, and excitement hammered in his chest. His eyes skimmed the terrain below in fascinated wonder. It wasn't often that he got to explore new worlds. Tonight, however, the stars had aligned in just such a way as to guide Peter here instead of London. Now, the concept of alternate worlds being reached beyond the second star to the left was well known among the Fairies of Neverland. Being who he was, Peter was privy to all the Fairies' news. They'd discovered this new world just before sunset and rushed to return home. Unlike Peter, they feared the alternate worlds. But, they gave Peter's adventurous spirit encouragement with the news for his sake. A ways below, a movement drew the auburn-haired boy's attention. He dove down, then his heart skipped a beat. Dragons! A wave of pure awe hit him, incapacitating him for a moment. He quickly regained his composure. Dragons! Real dragons! Peter cautiously glided closer toward their dark, flying formation. He looked the creatures over from a distance, pulse racing. They were dark, feline, with sleek yet muscular forms. It was a difficult task to keep pace with them, but Peter managed. As he continued to study the group, he noticed an anomaly within their ranks. Was that... A girl?
Suddenly a dark shadow passes over the lad, a rush of wind as the shadow's bearer sped past, then again from the side this time. Just above him the sound of wingbeats could be heard as a faint blue glow showed itself through the clouds just before a plasma blast fired directly past him, exploding a few feet away. The missed attack was soon followed by the diving feral dragon, bursting through the clouds with claws outstretched as she aimed to take him to the ground.
— Bread crumbs tumbled down Hiccup’s front as he cringed and fumbled his meager lunch; the sudden shadow above him startled him enough to make him jerk his head up, keen eyes scanning the clouds above as the wake of the dragon whooshed over him. It was undoubtedly a dragon — a mid-sized one, from the sound of its wingbeats. The young viking was on his feet in an instant, and a good thing too; for the plasma blast that rocked the ground mere feet from him sent him staggering back, and he had to set his stance wide to keep from careening over backwards. From overhead came the familiar whistle of a diving Night Fury, and though Hiccup wanted to ponder the significance of there being another Night Fury, there were simply not enough milliseconds for his brain to multitask. He wanted to call for Toothless, or any of his friends and their dragon mounts, to whisk him away; he wanted to brandish Inferno to defend himself if he had to; but instead, his hand reached for one of the many pockets of his flight armor, and he withdrew a fistful of dragon nip and held it up to the oncoming dragon. His other hand came up, palm-out, open and submissive, and he closed his eyes and exhaled all the breath from his lungs as he braced himself for possible impact; he’d done all he could, and now, he’d have to see if it was enough.
