i can see how that could be kind of annoying, the starlight glimmer thing i mean

It was at it’s worst when the premiere aired, but it still lingers around from time to time. Starlight is my favorite villain in the entire show, and it really, REALLY bothers me that people can’t understand the difference between zealous religious fanaticism and corruption of absolute power and control through the idea of equality over a economic and political system about paying everyone equally regardless of occupation.

It makes me afraid that people wouldn’t recognize a cult if they saw one if it didn’t have “Believe in MY God and you’ll get everything you want!” if they saw one. And worse it just upsets me that they would confuse the two.

Starlight had more in common with Charles Manson and Jim Jones than she did Joseph Stalin, and that’s what I LOVED about her!
