Claudia stared at the woman in shock, unaware that it wasn't the same person she thought it was. "What are you doing here? I thought you were trapped.. With the regents?"
askgracevalentine started following you
haven't you caused enough trouble
"Now I don't exactly care to hear why you're here, but I'm sure you're going to blabber on about why anyway. So--"
Day of the Valentine || Grace & Pete
He used the rear-view mirror to check his hair one last time; everything had to be in place. He really enjoyed Grace's company and didn't want to mess up this one. Not that a strand of hair would make much of a difference, but first it was the hair, then before you knew you lost a button from your shirt and it hit someone in the eye -- and thus a chain of dangerously unrelated events ensued. Better be safe...
He got out of the car, a nice dress shirt and dark slacks. He didn't want to look overdressed, they were, after all, going to be spending the night outdoors.
Walking up to the front door, he rapped on it; a pink rose bouquet in his hands.
"Gerri, love, are you here?" There is a tone to Grace's voice that Gerri has never heard before.
Gerri looks up as she hears the other woman’s voice, brows furrowing with concern. “In the kitchen!” she calls back, hoping that everything is alright.
