Sixieme snuck into Troisieme's room where Hades was perched. Although the bird was squaking at her intrusion, flapping violently, she was able to pour in the potion into its water. The burn potion Huitieme made for her worked perfectly so the pun potion should surely work for the raven (unbeknowest to her, the potion did mean for the drinker to tell jokes/puns but they were all aimed towards Sixieme, mocking her instead). She snuck back out, closing the door quietly then disappeared in the hall.

When Hades began making a racket, Trois groaned. Objects at rest tend to stay at rest, yeah? But truly her raven had been acting a bit paranoid as of late, hence the reasoning for his current placement in her room rather than being in the aviary.
She tried to just block it out and squeeze her eyes closed but it was too much. “Oh you bloody bird. Can you not tell that some of us actually require beauty sleep?” She tossed her bed covers off of her and stepped up to Hades’ cage, squinting in the dim light. “Not that you need help with that or anything.”
Hades made a few more clicks and blinked, but he did stop his incessant squawking so Trois rubbed beneath his chin. “Why did you choose me of all phantoms, you crazy bird?”
She returned back to her bed and didn’t wake up until near sunrise. She would have slept in longer had a small croaking voice not woken her with a mocking “Four eyes. Four eyes.”
Trois sat up straight in her bed, thinking of the possibility of an intruder. Clicking from Hades subdued the fears, though, and replaced it with a whole new level of frustration. “Oi! You again? Why are- wait.... You have never spoken before.....”
Suspicion rose in her chest as she approached Hades’ cage. The raven cocked his head to the side. When he opened his beak to speak, Trois wasn’t expecting anything like “Why was Six afraid of Seven?”
Troisième balled her hands by her sides and her mouth pressed into a thin line. “Those bastards. I will-”
“Because Six is a chicken.”
“- string them up by- WHAT??!!”
She looked at her poor, tainted raven, slack-jawed. That wasn’t the punchline she was expecting. Probably not the one Sixième expected either.
Rubbing his head apologetically, she gave him a sympathetic look. “I will make them fix this, but first I have to at least show Sixième what she incidentally created. Should be a quite a laugh. Perhaps lessons will be learned, yeah? Be right back.”
