Hey Jolly, I just had to say I’ve been a Hinata fan since I first watched Narut. Like, 12-year-old me chose her and stuck with her hard, even when Kishimoto did the girls so dirty (don’t even get me started 😭). I’ve always loved all the girls, but Hinata and Tenten have that extra special place in my heart 💜

Lately, I read a Hinata-centric fic that totally pulled me back into my obsession (not that it ever really went away lol), then What Happened to Being Perfect by Opal-chan wrecked me in the best way. Now I’m fully back in my NaruHina era and looking for more fics to devour I’ve already read a bunch, and I’m running out 😭 Please help a girl out with recs if you have any!!

And okay — your ART?? GIRL. I’m literally OBSESSED. The way you draw Hinata and Naruto is chef’s kiss, seriously. The softness, the emotions, the way you capture their vibes?? My NaruHina heart can’t handle all that beauty 😭 You’re insanely talented, and I love love love your style so much. I keep coming back just to stare at your art like it’s canon💗😭.

Also, if there are any NaruHina groups chats, whatever — I would love to join. I need people to scream with about these characters and fics again, lol.

BROTHER, I totally feel you on that Kishimoto doing the girls dirty, I can go on a rant on that!!! (we won't go there 😂) but hey, the fandom is making up for it at least 😊 AAAAAH DUDE WE ARE SO BACK IN THE NARUHINA ERA!!! and I got you homie, well, @dayseternal-blog got you, they literally have a a whole list of fic recommendations which they put in so much effort in making (LINK) They also write as well!!! Go crazy with that list! 😊😉

I was looking at my mass post editor and I noticed I started being absent and pretty much went MIA between 2016-2022 and then I slowly started reappearing in 2023 and onwards and HIGH-KEY I was so nervous on posting again, I hadnt touched my drawing pad in years during that time (only for small commissions and whatnot), BUT I AM SO GLAD I PICKED UP MY PEN AGAIN, yall are making this soooo worthwhile! thank you thank you so much, your compliments just motivates me to keep working on my art! My heart can't take it 😭😭😭

Hi Jolly :) I just wanted to see your opinion on any headcanon/fanon circulating the KPDH fandom right now! For example, I don't know if you've seen this one before but there were theories of Jinu being alive and being in Rumi's weapon, kinda like soul eater. Or if you have any headcanons you have of your own? also I love your art of Jinu crying, instantly cried when i saw it 😭

Hello! And YES I have seen it! I actually love this idea since I'm a fan of Soul Eater and Noragami (<- which was another inspiration for those theories) A friend and I (@bornonthebreakofdawn) discussed a little about it in Discord too! She wondered who would be the villain if they end up making a sequel with that plot and then I replied with:

"I think Celine definitely should play as a villain, or at least be one of the antagonist, like she still doesn't accept Rumi's demon side and now the very weapon Rumi uses is infused with a demon's soul and Celine despises that. This would be a great concept because it would show that demons aren't the only ones capable of being monsters. Also what if Celine played a part in the death of Rumi's mother? Like... she finds out about the relationship between a demon and Rumi's mom and takes it upon herself to punish her, but then she starts getting eaten up by the guilt that she vows to at least take care of Rumi for her as a self righteous act."

Granted this is a very early visual concept and not official... but potentially COULD BE FOR A POSSIBLE SEQUEL?!?

As for any of my headcanons, I just have ideas for smaller details like a better ending for Rumi and Jinu that stays close to the original, which is a mini comic I want to make, and if Jinu actually wore the bracelet during the Your Idol performance, and another one is how Jinu came across Derpy/Duffy the Tiger and the Crow. Oooh another headcanon that I have is Rumi finally discussing her relationship with Jinu to Zoey and Mira, I feel like I would have loved to see that so that's another comic idea locked in my head. But right now I'm just enjoying consuming content being created by all the artists and writers, it's just so much fun and everything has been so beautiful!

AND THANK YOU! HAHAHA that's another reason why I haven't been making much content about the movie, I keep getting caught in my feels and I have to stop to process, plus I can't handle Jinu's handsomeness bruh HOW IS HE THAT HANDSOME WTF.

Hey!! I just wanted to say I seriously adore your art—it's so, so gorgeous. Every time you post something, especially your Naruhina pieces, I’m just like 🥹💖. I remember when your Naruhina art blowed up on Twitter, and I was genuinely so happy for you!! I was sitting there like, “YES finally, it’s about time she got the recognition she deserves!!!

Also, not even kidding, you got me into Konohana too I didn’t expect to care about that ship, but now I’m suddenly obsessed, and it’s 100% your fault (in the best way😭💗) Since you’re such a big Naruhina fan—like, clearly—do you have any favourite fics you’d recommend? Like your go-to all-time favs? I need something good to scream about💗🦋

I- ah. hnng. *speechless* thank you so much (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄) The support is heart-warming, I still feel so unworthy! You're gonna make me cryyy aaah 😭😭 Omg!!! KonoHana is still up there in my fav lists hahaha, haha you're making me want to draw them again!!!!! Aaaah I should really re-read KJ's fics when I get the chance ToT Oh gosh this is a tough question! I sincerely love a whole bunch of NH fics, everyone's so darn talented, it's hard to pick out which one is exactly my all time fav! BUT I do find myself going back to @magmawrites work: Tales of Two Ninjas (<-link) every so often, it's filled with oneshots of different AUs which is perfect for my brain because I get distracted easily. I specifically go back to their Arranged Marriage AUs, I think those chapters tugged at my heart the most when I first read them so I just naturally gravitate to it when I need some comfort!

Omg, I’ve been stalking your blog for ages to get back my writing motivation and here I see a new NaruHina drawing! I remember all your stuff from back in 2014 when we got our first glimpses of the ending, and I’m so glad to see your art again. It’s aways amazing!

Just so you know, I knew nothing about Kpop Demon Hunters, never even heard of it till you started posting about it, so it piqued my interest and I watched it. I AM HOOKED. The music, the characters, RUMI and JINU!?! What have you done to me, Jolly!! (But srsly thank you for bringing it under my radar, I enjoyed the movie soooo much!!)

OMG YES. YES. PLS, JOIN ME IN MY OBSESSION WITH THE MOOOOVIIIE!!! THE CHARACTERS ARE GREAT, MUSIC IS FANTASTIC, IT NEEDS A WHOLE SERIES 😭😭

Like, its pretty corny and silly (rated PG afterall) but they embrace it so well that it just keeps you entertained through out the whole thing, I actually found myself laughing out loud to a lot of moments while watching it! Ah jeez I just need everyone to watch it and tell me their thoughts on it, ESPECIALLLY what they think of RUMI AND JINU
