[Alright guys I'm finally up for starting this RP thing back up again if anybody would like to RP with meh and Kristoph...]

Feeling curious and wondering how many questions she could ask him until he simply refused to answer, she asked. "So, other than work what do you do in your free time?" She looked over at him curious for his answer and reaction.

"To be entirely honest, I don’t really do anything in my free time, because there is nothing I can do that I’ll enjoy and consider it time well spent. Any normal things people do drain from the time I can spend working and perfecting my cases. Of course, I wouldn’t mind trying some social interaction out, work has bit a bit limited lately."

That was a long-winded explanation but that was what he was best at giving. It bored people off normally and he liked that, protecting him from the majority of the people.

*Mercutio turned back to face Kristoph* I didn’t sacrifice anyone. I did record the ritual... but I was caught and people died. They weren’t good people. *Mercutio's eyes darted to the side* I saved the victim and fought my way out. *He shook his head as he laughed* I needed a change of scenery. I hope I haven’t made you uncomfortable. *He became puzzled as his stare at Kristoph’s hand* Is that a scar?

"Ahhh…good. It sounded a bit like you took part in the rituals yourself. That must have been hard. I hope people appreciated the work you did to collect evidence for them, putting yourself in danger like that. I’m not uncomfortable, especially with some of the cases I deal with."

He took his hand down as he noticed Mercutio staring at it.

"Oh, don’t worry about that, childhood problems, wasn’t pleasant but I’m in no place to tell anyone at the moment. Yeah, it is a scar. It’s quite…personal."

He quickly glanced at his scar, then returned to looking at Mercutio.

She had a feeling he had purposely "forgotten" but once again found her self in no position to judge him. She opened her mouth and then closed it having to take a moment to think over her response. "In most cases I strive for some level of perfection but like you said it's impossible, so I try not to be to fixated on it."

Hmm. That was the response he was expecting, perfection was always something one should aspire to, but in very rare cases, it sometimes got in the way of things, which he knew all too well.

"Good, good. So, uh…"

Dammit. What was he supposed to say now? He always had trouble keeping a non-work related conversation going. He really needed to improve some of his social skills.

"…Yeah?"

That was really the best he could come up with for now. He needed a bit of time to think of something.

"Bruder....Did you ever feel remorse for what you did? Any?"

"If I were to feel remorse afterwards, why would I do what I did in the first place, knowing full well that I’ll come to regret doing it?"

"I did it for myself…Brother."

Dear Kristoph, I have been wondering why you never asked for help. It is obvious that you are, well, not quite okay in your mind. I don't mean this as an insult or anything, it's just a statement which I believe to be right. Did it never occur to you that you might want to get some help?

"I’m quite fine, thank you. I need no such help."

"I did everything I did…by myself and my own means."

"So, you are wrong."

If I had Kristoph for 24 hours he would be chained to a bed and fed pudding after the pudding would be snuggles after the snuggles would probably be my death.
