[Alright guys I'm finally up for starting this RP thing back up again if anybody would like to RP with meh and Kristoph...]
I’m very thankful I got into roleplaying. I may still have doubts about my writing ability, but rping has made me more confident in my writing and it’s certainly helped me improve it. And I’ve met so many wonderful people through it. It’s fun to come home and share this passion with other people.
this was a serious rp blog
but then
Thank you for RPing with me.
Sorry I take forever to get to replies.
Here’s a cake
Reblog if you create infinite numbers of stories for your character in your head that never get written or rped
Nothing quite like a cup of tea and a good murder to get your day going.
*Mercutio eyes met with Kristoph's for a only moment* I was just doing my job. I would never sacrifice someone to some god. Besides I'm already too beautiful for this world *Mercutio laughed scratching the back of his head feeling slightly embarrassed for making that joke. He clear his throat before turning his gaze back to Kristoph* Forgive me I didn't mean to pry. I have really enjoyed talking with you tonight. *He poured himself one more glass of beer and held in front of Kristoph* Cheers.
"Hmm. Of course, I should have known that you wouldn't do that. I apologize for doubting you."
That joke wasn't really that funny, but, he forced a laugh out all the same, just to keep Mercutio in a good mood.
"No, no, it's fine. Maybe one day I'll be able to tell you, but..."
He trailed off, unable to finish the sentence. He didn't and couldn't think about it, it was too horrid to think of.
"I enjoyed talking with you as well, it's not every day a lawyer gets to do this. Cheers."
He raised his glass and drunk the rest of his drink.
"I don't mind doing this again sometimes, if you're not busy."
Reblog this if REGARDLESS of what gender Mun might be, you will still rp with them.
I will never discriminate an RPer based on gender.
If I dont reply or I take ages to
It’s drafted
My mood doesn’t fit
I’m trying to equal your perfection
I’m braindead
I lost the reply
I’m easily distracted by something else
All/some of the above <—- !!!!
Come into my askbox and tell me what I'm doing right or what I'm doing wrong with my character. Anonymous or not.
"So all you do is work?" She tried not to look too surprised but she had a feeling she wasn't doing a very good job of hiding it.
"Yes."
She asked a simple question, she got a simple response. Simply put, to him, socially interacting with people, especially in work hours was bad, because of the distraction it caused from his normal work.
"Anything…else you want to ask?"
Edgeworth eyed the police van as the body of the deceased victim was loaded into it and carted away. Gumshoe had assisted on him sitting down and resting since, once again, he had been the one to come upon the body and once again had a gun pointed at his back as the killer escaped. The officers had said that a defense attorney would arrive soon to help conduct the investigation, since he was technically a witness. But Edgeworth still insisted upon being the prosecutor. De-ja vu clouded his mind.
Kristoph had been majorly busy throughout the week and he had this incident to throw on top of the pile. He had so much to do and so little time to do it. Normally, he was on top of everything but he got bogged down in so much work that he couldn’t stick to his original schedule.
However, a murder always interested him somewhat, as it was a bit more interesting than just another divorce or family breakup, this was where the real good stuff started happening. Luckily, he was allowed a place in the investigation, something not normally granted to him, which would help him an immeasurable amount.Â
He arrived at the scene to see a certain prosecutor and a certain detective that he hadn’t actually met in person, but still knew the basics of who they were and what they did. It was hard not to know about them. Problem is, he would probably make his work a lot harder to achieve, especially that one prosecutor. However, he dropped those thoughts and approached the pair.
"Good day, Prosecutor Edgeworth, I hope you’re doing okay, as well as you, Detective Gumshoe."
Past that, he was really stuck on what to say next, as he always was, as he always will be. Considering Edgeworth was a prosecutor, Kristoph would probably be left on his own because of the basics. It was of no importance to him anyhow, as he could conduct his own investigations perfectly well, but it kept bugging him all the same.Â
"I am doing well, considering, thank you Mr Gavin. I hope you’re doing well too. So this was the defense attorney they had chosen? Edgeworth had heard of him, of course, but only from rumour. The prosecutor stood up, extending his hand out to the other man for him to shake. "It’s a pleasure to meet you at last."
"I’m glad that you’re doing okay." He extended his hand and he shaked hands with Edgeworth, quickly withdrawing his hand afterwards. "You too, Prosecutor Edgeworth, I’ve heard plenty of good stuff about your work." How was investigation going to work, considering both of them were here at the same time. "So, uh…any idea how this investigation is going to work?"
Feeling curious and wondering how many questions she could ask him until he simply refused to answer, she asked. "So, other than work what do you do in your free time?" She looked over at him curious for his answer and reaction.
"To be entirely honest, I don’t really do anything in my free time, because there is nothing I can do that I’ll enjoy and consider it time well spent. Any normal things people do drain from the time I can spend working and perfecting my cases. Of course, I wouldn’t mind trying some social interaction out, work has bit a bit limited lately."
That was a long-winded explanation but that was what he was best at giving. It bored people off normally and he liked that, protecting him from the majority of the people.
*Mercutio turned back to face Kristoph* I didn’t sacrifice anyone. I did record the ritual... but I was caught and people died. They weren’t good people. *Mercutio's eyes darted to the side* I saved the victim and fought my way out. *He shook his head as he laughed* I needed a change of scenery. I hope I haven’t made you uncomfortable. *He became puzzled as his stare at Kristoph’s hand* Is that a scar?
"Ahhh…good. It sounded a bit like you took part in the rituals yourself. That must have been hard. I hope people appreciated the work you did to collect evidence for them, putting yourself in danger like that. I’m not uncomfortable, especially with some of the cases I deal with."
He took his hand down as he noticed Mercutio staring at it.
"Oh, don’t worry about that, childhood problems, wasn’t pleasant but I’m in no place to tell anyone at the moment. Yeah, it is a scar. It’s quite…personal."
He quickly glanced at his scar, then returned to looking at Mercutio.
*Mercutio smiled to himself* Well it all started a couple of months back when I was investigating an cult. They believed that by sacrificing people to their god it would make them more beautiful and powerful. *Mercutio stood up with his back faced to Kristoph* no one believed me about what I knew about them. So I... I decided to "become" one. This way I could bring evidence back... It was not the best choice. A lot of people died in that case... And many at my hands. I got in too deep...
He put his hand over his mouth, an old habit of his when he wanted to hide an emotion his face might be giving away.
"Ah...I see. So, you...started enjoying sacrificing people to get evidence? Surely...all you need is some form of video recorder?"
It was puzzling as to why he took part in the rituals itself, unless they had some kind of law against cameras or something, but how would he get evidence if that was the case? Of course, he could have been enjoying it, but he doubted that possibility. He didn't seem like that kind of person.
It was a mystery that baffled his mind immensely.
