Aki walked, blade in hand, down an alleyway. Her face was streaked with her blood, when she accidentally slipped up and allowed her foe to get the better of her. She had just collected her thirteenth Kinshin Egg soul, and she was anxious to get back home and give the damaged soul to Lord Death.
The alleyway kind of creeped her out, what with all of the crawling and rats that scurried about. So she wanted, more than anything, to get out of there as quickly as possible.
