I’m fine, I’m very happy for the both of you. And although I shall be slightly nervous for you both in your decision to undertake such a life changing step. Only you and Austin can know if you are right for each-other.  I do not know you and Austin as well as my modern self does, so I shall put my faith in your ability to decide what is right for you. 

Darling, marriage is the most personal and meaningful voluntary contract  you can make with another individual. In my time marriage was just beginning to become something beautiful, something done not for preservation of land holdings with in one’s family, people were beginning to marry for love, and here in the modern age it is more beautiful now than it ever was in all of human history. Even if you do not profess to any religion it’s still no less beautiful a bond, and it is just as meaningful. The love that you two share between you will be your own. A very personal bond that no other person can experience more than what they can do so as viewers from the outside looking in. Such bonds transcend all government, society, and religion, they do so because of the nature of romantic love. It is as privet a thing as you ego, as your soul, and can only be shared with that one person of whom you love.
