               Never scared? 

              Rocinante is scared of a lot of things -- the bad dreams of the angry villagers beating him up, Doffy and his ‘family’, pain, death. He is scared of all these, he truly is. However, when he started to realize he is all that he could give to the unfortunate Trafalgar siblings -- he forced himself to be brave so that he could protect them. They’re much more important than anything in the world for him and he wanted to protect them with all he could.

                          ❝ ... because Lamy and Law are there for me. ❞

               The words unconsciously left his mouth as the blond flashed a gentle smile at the girl.

                         ❝ Because of you two, I feel fearless even if the world turn itself away from me. So Lamy-chan, I hope Law and you would accept the fact I might cling on you two for the rest of my life. Sorry that you have to carry such a heavy burden around for as long as I live. ❞
